Scrambled Eggs (Low 'n' Slow Method)

Yield 3 eggs

We use low heat and let the eggs take their time.  It gives us rich, creamy and velvety eggs that pairs great with a bagel and smoked salmon.

Ingredients

SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:

- (3) large Eggs: Available Here

- (1-2) teaspoons Butter: Available Here

- (To taste) Salt: Available Here

- (To taste) Pepper: Available Here

YOU'LL ALSO NEED:

- Medium Frying Pan: Available Here

- Silicone Spatula: Available Here

- Mixing Bowl: Just grab one from your cabinet

- Fork: A regular fork will do

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into mixing bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk with fork vigorously until frothy
  4. Add butter to a pan over medium high low. Let butter melt.
  5. Add Eggs and start mixing them with the pointed end of a silicone spatula. Chop sticks work great too!
  6. Keep mixing them until they start to come together. Curds will be small and Eggs will appear gloss and almost undercooked.  They will be perfect! 

You can garnish them with chives if you like.
