Vanilla Buttercream

A perfectly simply Buttercream for all your decorating needs

Ingredients

SO WHAT YOU’RE GONNA NEED IS:

– (3 3/4) cups Powdered Sugar: Available Here

– (1) stick butter (8 Tablespoons): Available Here

– (1 1/2) ounces Milk: Available Here

– (1) Vanilla Bean: Available Here -or- (1) teaspoon Vanilla Extract: Available Here   

 

YOU’LL ALSO NEED:

– Large Mixing Bowl: Available Here

– Hand Mixer: Available Here

– Silicone Spatula: Available Here

– Pastry Bag and tip: Available Here

Instructions

  1. In a large Mixing Bowl, combine Powdered Sugar, softened Butter and Milk. Mix with Hand Mixer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Vanilla flavoring by adding Vanilla Extract or a Vanilla Bean. (Note: if using a Vanilla Bean, slice down the length of the bean to expose the seeds inside.  Using the back of the knife, scrape out the seeds)
  3. Mix until the Vanilla is thoroughly mixed throughout.
  4. Store covered until ready to use.
