I don’t know about you, but I just can’t get enough of the Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits!  Cheesy, Garlicky Perfection!  I love me a basket (or two) of Cheddar Bays!  

Ingredients

SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:

- (1 1/4) cups Bisquick Baking Mix: Available Here

- (1/2) cup Cheddar Cheese: Available Here

- (1/4) teaspoon Fresh Parsley: Available Here

- (1/4) cup + (2) Tablespoons Whole Milk: Available Here

- (2) Tablespoons Butter: Available Here

- (1/4) teaspoon Garlic Powder: Available Here

- (To taste) Salt: Available Here

YOU'LL ALSO NEED:

- Baking Sheet: Available Here

- Silicone Baking Mat: Available Here

- Medium Mixing Bowl: Available Here

- Measuring Cups: Available Here

- Measuring Spoons: Available Here

- Fork: Check your silverware drawer

- Butter Knife: Right next to the forks

- Mixing Spoon: Available Here

- Basting Brush: Available Here

- Sharp Knife: Available Here

Instructions

Make the Biscuits

  1. Cut 1 Tablespoon of Butter into small cubes about the size of a pea.
  2. Add Butter to Mixing Bowl with Bisquick Baking Mix. Cut the Butter into the Bisquick using a fork until mixed into the Bisquick
  3. Add Milk, Cheddar Cheese and 1/2 of the Garlic Powder into the Bisquick and Butter. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.  Dough will be sticky.
  4. Scoop out 2 inch balls of dough and place on a Baking Sheet with Silicone Baking Mat (or parchment paper)
  5. Bake at 450°F until Golden Brown (about 10-15 minutes depending on how large you make the biscuits)

Make the Garlic Butter Topping

  1. While baking, melt remaining 1 Tablespoon of Butter in microwave.
  2. Add minced Fresh Parsley, remaining Garlic Powder and Salt to melted Butter.
  3. Brush Melted Butter mixture on hot golden brown biscuits.

Serve and enjoy!
