Gluten Free never tasted so good!  I mean, who’s not gonna love cookies made of a perfect combination of Peanut Butter and Chocolate.  Silly, foolish people...that’s who.  And that’s not you…so eat up, Buttercup!

Ingredients

SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:

- (1/2) cup Natural Peanut Butter: Available Here

- (1/2) cup Brown Sugar: Available Here

- (1) large Egg: Available Here

- (1/2) teaspoon Baking Powder: Available Here

- (1/4) teaspoon Vanilla Extract: Available Here

- (1/3) cup Chocolate Chunks: Available Here

- (1/4) cup Mini Chocolate Chips: Available Here

YOU'LL ALSO NEED:

- Baking Sheet: Available Here

- Silicone Baking Sheet (or Parchment Paper): Available Here

- Mixing Bowl: Available Here

- Silicone Spatula: Available Here

- Hand Mixer (optional): Available Here

Instructions

  1. Combine Egg, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, packed Brown Sugar and Peanut Butter.
  2. Thoroughly mix by hand or with a Hand Mixer.
  3. Fold in Chocolate Chunks
  4. Pinch 2 inch hunk of cookie dough and dip into mini chocolate chips.
  5. Place cookie dough (mini chocolate chip side up) on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
