Omaha, Set, Hut.  While Peyton Manning may not be in this year’s Big Game, you’ll still be screaming TOUCHDOWN after scoring big with these Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms! 

Ingredients

SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:

- (11) large Mushrooms:  Available Here

- (1/4) cup Parmesan Cheese: Available Here

- (1/3) cup Panko Breadcrumbs: Available Here

- (1/4) cup Mozzarella Cheese: Available Here

- (4) slices Cooked Bacon: Available Here

- (2) Tablespoons Italian Parsley: Available Here

- (2) cloves Fresh Garlic: Available Here

- (1) medium Shallot: Available Here

- (1) teaspoon Dried Oregano: Available Here

- (1/2) teaspoon Dried Thyme: Available Here

- (To taste) Salt: Available Here

- (To taste) Pepper: Available Here

- (1) Tablespoon Butter: Available Here

- (2) Tablespoons Olive Oil: Available Here

- Cooking Spray: Available Here

- Balsamic Glaze:  Recipe Available Here

- Small Mixing Bowl: Available Here

- Baking Sheet: Available Here

- Small Skillet: Available Here

- Silicone Spatula: Available Here

- Garlic Press: Available Here

- Sharp Knife: Available Here

- Aluminum Foil (optional): Available Here

Instructions

  1. Pop out stems of Mushrooms and place mushroom caps on aluminum foil lined baking sheet. If you’re not using non-stick aluminum foil, lightly coat with Cooking Spray.
  2. Mince up Mushroom stems and one extra Mushroom.
  3. Mince Shallot and press two cloves of Garlic.
  4. Roughly chop Italian Parsley.
  5. In Small Skillet over medium heat, melt Butter. Add minced Shallot, Garlic and pre-cooked Bacon.
  6. Once Garlic begins to brown, add minced Mushrooms.
  7. Add Salt and Pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes.
  8. In Mixing Bowl, add Cooked Mushroom mixture, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, Thyme and Oregano. Stir
  9. Add Olive oil until mixture is moist and binds together.
  10. Stuff Mushroom Caps with Mushroom Stuffing.
  11. When ready to bake, cook at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  12. Top with Mozzarella Cheese and melt in the oven for about 2 minutes.
  13. Top with Balsamic Glaze.
