4 Seasons Vegetable Dip

Join the revolution to rid the World of those blah, blah compartmented vegetable trays.  A few simple ingredients and you can transform the mundane into a Vegetable Dip that would even impress the in-laws!  

Ingredients

SO WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED IS:

- (1) lb. Ricotta Cheese: Available Here

- (2) cloves Garlic: Available Here

- (1) Tablespoons Chives: http://amzn.to/2q3V0eS

- (2) Tablespoons Italian Flat-leaf Parsley: Available Here

- (1) teaspoon Mint: Available Here

- (1) Lemon: Available Here

- (3-4) Tablespoons Olive Oil: Available Here

- (To taste) Salt: Available Here

- (To taste) Pepper: Available Here

YOU'LL ALSO NEED:

- Small Straining Pot: Available Here

- Garlic Press: Available Here

- Sharp Knife: Available Here

- Mixing Bowl: Available Here

- Zester: Available Here

- Silicon spatula: Available Here

Instructions

  1. In small pot over medium heat, add Olive Oil.
  2. When Oil is up to temperature, press in Garlic.
  3. Saute until Garlic is light golden brown. Turn off stove.  Take pot off heat (if electric stove). Let cool completely.
  4. Finely mince the Chives, Mint and Flat Leaf Parsley. Reserve some Parsley for a garnish.
  5. Place Ricotta Cheese in a mixing bowl. Add minced herbs to bowl.
  6. Zest a lemon into bowl.
  7. When Garlic and Oil are cooled, strain 1/2 of Oil into Ricotta Cheese.
  8. Thoroughly mix all ingredient together.
  9. Serve in small bowl or hollowed out Bread Bowl. Drizzle remaining oil on top, along with brown pieces of Garlic.  Garnish with remaining Parsley.
